Instructions
- Heat the milk, granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon butter in the microwave to 130°F, about 2 minutes.
- Whisk in the yogurt, egg, egg white, and yeast.
- Combine 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl; stir in the milk mixture, then add the remaining flour.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise about 1 hour, until doubled.
- Meanwhile, blend the corn syrup, brown sugar, the remaining tablespoon of cinnamon, and the vanilla for the filling.
- Punch down the dough, knead for 1 minute, and let rest 10 minutes.
- Roll into an 18" × 12" rectangle. Spread with the remaining softened butter, then the filling.
- Roll up jellyroll-style and cut into 8 equal pieces. Place, spiral-side up, in a sprayed 11" × 7" baking dish.
- Cover and let rise a second time, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 22–28 minutes, until lightly browned but slightly doughy in the center.
- Frost each roll with about 1½ tablespoons frosting while warm.
