Method
- Season the pork with the Chinese five spice and salt. Place the cabbage evenly over a dinner plate.
- Heat a large nonstick stir-fry pan or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Spray the pan, then add the peppers, onion, garlic, and pineapple. Cook until the peppers are lightly browned on the outside and almost tender. Remove the veggies from the pan. Re-spray the pan and add the pork in a single layer. Cook until just barely pink, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Return the veggies and pineapple mixture to the pan. Spoon the glaze on top and toss. When warm, serve the stir-fry over the cabbage. Enjoy immediately.
