Instructions
- Prepare the dough and let it rise.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Oil a 6-inch cake pan.
- Partially bake the onion, pepper, and mushroom on a separate sheet for about 4 minutes, until just softened.
- Shape the dough into a 6-inch circle and press it into the prepared pan.
- Layer on: the sauce, half the cheese, three-quarters of the toppings (vegetables, beef, pork), the remaining cheese, then the last of the toppings and the pepperoni on top.
- Bake 12–16 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp at the edges.
- Let rest 3–5 minutes, then cut into quarters.
