Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza Remake

A lightened-up, at-home remake of the Pizza Hut Supreme Personal Pan Pizza.
Servings: 1 pizza (6-inch)
Calories: 533

Ingredients

For the Pizza
  • 1/4 recipe pizza dough (your favorite, or a store-bought ball works too)
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced into strips
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 mushroom, sliced
  • Flour, for the work surface
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ounce finely shredded low-fat mozzarella, divided
  • 1/4 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground pork or Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 0.4 ounce turkey pepperoni (about 6–8 slices)

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare the dough and let it rise.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Oil a 6-inch cake pan.
  3. Partially bake the onion, pepper, and mushroom on a separate sheet for about 4 minutes, until just softened.
  4. Shape the dough into a 6-inch circle and press it into the prepared pan.
  5. Layer on: the sauce, half the cheese, three-quarters of the toppings (vegetables, beef, pork), the remaining cheese, then the last of the toppings and the pepperoni on top.
  6. Bake 12–16 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp at the edges.
  7. Let rest 3–5 minutes, then cut into quarters.
