Our guarantee, in plain English. Do the 30 days. Feel the shift. Or get every penny back. This is a do-the-work guarantee: complete the full 30-day program, and if it truly did not create a shift for you, the refund is yours.

Who this covers. This policy applies to purchases of the Strength for Bigger Dreams: 30-Day Reset digital course made through devinalexander.com or our official checkout pages. Physical products, including Devinly Delites boxes, have a separate return policy. Coaching, speaking, and live events are governed by their individual agreements.

How to request a refund. First, do the work: complete all 30 daily lessons and the daily actions in your tracker. Then, if the course truly did not create a shift for you, email [email protected] within 45 days of your purchase date. Include:

• The name on the order
• The email address you used at checkout
• A note confirming you completed the full 30-day program

We may confirm completion through the course platform’s records. You never need to justify why it did not work for you, and there is no interrogation. The only requirement is the one the course itself asks of you: the 30 days.

Not covered. Refunds are not available for simply changing your mind, for not starting the course, or for partial completion. The guarantee exists to protect people who did the work in good faith.

When and how you get your money back. We will confirm your request within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

What happens after a refund. Your access to the course, its materials, and any bonuses ends when the refund is issued.

A note on chargebacks. If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first at [email protected]. We honor this guarantee without argument, and working with us directly is faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks filed for purchases that were already refunded, or without contacting us first, may be contested with proof of this policy and our correspondence.

Your legal rights. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the laws of your state or country. Where applicable law provides greater refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.
