devinalexander.com provides information about Devin Alexander’s books, speaking, consulting, and courses. fitmomfitkids.com provides family-focused recipes, content, and resources under the FMFK Formula. Content on both sites is for informational purposes only.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Websites will first be submitted to good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, to binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the Federal Arbitration Act. Claims may only be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Devin Alexander, Inc. regarding the Websites. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
