Some of your recipes say, “1 tomato, seeded”. How do you seed tomatoes? – Brad F., Sacramento, CA

Hi Brad,

To seed a tomato, you should cut it quarters, across the stem, then take a teaspoon (the kind you stir your coffee with, not the measuring one) 🙂  and simply scrape the seeds out of each slice of the tomato.
